One of my core memories as a child was walking into the bathroom and seeing my mom wearing a Korean sheet mask. Back then, I was terrified. Now, I am a sheet mask connoisseur. I also remember packages being sent from my mom’s best friend in Korea that were stuffed with different sheet masks. I've probably tried hundreds at this point in my life. When I need to flood my skin with targeted, hydrating ingredients quickly, there's nothing quite as effective as a K-beauty sheet mask.

How to Get the Most Out of Your Sheet Mask:
One of my favorite tips: don't be afraid to cut your masks to fit your face best. By snipping scissors horizontally across the nose bridge section, between the eyes, you can help the mask adhere better to your face, especially if you have a low nose bridge. If the mask is too wide above your lip and on your chin, you can vertically cut those areas in the center and overlap them to create a more snug fit.
You can also keep masks in your kitchen, not your bathroom. Refrigerating any mask elevates its cooling sensation and feels so refreshing. My fridge always has a few sheet masks inside that I pop on after a hot day.
