We are delighted to announce the Bafta-winning actress Lashana Lynch as our headline act for Harper’s Bazaar’s International Women’s Day gala dinner, held at the Corinthia London on 4 March 2026 and hosted by the magazine’s editor-in-chief Lydia Slater.

Lynch, whose stellar career has seen her traverse genres and inhabit an array of complex characters on stage and screen, will discuss what makes a compelling action heroine and what it takes to succeed in the entertainment industry today. The No Time to Die and The Day of the Jackal star will also reflect on new motherhood and how she is forging a career on her own terms.

The actress will lead a line-up of inspiring women who will speak as part of a series of panel talks and conversations throughout the evening, which will include a champagne reception and sumptuous three-course dinner.

Attendees will also take home a luxury gift bag containing products from our favourite beauty brands, plus the latest issue of the magazine.

The event has become an annual highlight for Harper’s Bazaar, which has a long history of championing women: the magazine’s first very editor was a suffragist. “Staying true to our heritage, we are delighted to be paying homage to the power of women with a cohort of inspiring individuals at the forefront of their fields at our International Women’s Day gala,” says Slater. “The evening is always a wonderful celebration of the sisterhood that I hope will galvanise guests to spearhead positive change.”

Only a very limited number of tickets remain, so book now to avoid disappointment. We hope that you will join us for an inspirational evening paying tribute to the extraordinary power of women.
